Structure Introduction
The lead powder rotary melting furnace body is comprised of refractory layer, heat preservation
layer and insulation layer. The furnace hearth is casted by high strength and unshaped refractory casting cement.
There is a pressure ring in the furnace to extend the flame's stay time in the furnace, improve the melting speed
and reduce energy consumption. The heat preservation layer and insulation layer are composed of ceramic fibers.
Therefore, the furnace body heat storage is small, temperature rise is fast, heat preservation is good, energy
consumption is low.
Burner of the lead powder rotary metal melting furnace: The burner fan, magnetic valve, igniter and flame monitor
constitute as a whole. Turn on the power supply, and the burner can be started.
